e-Dialog reports 323% growth in 2000; 100% quarter-to-quarter growth in Q4

e-Dialog, aprovider of precision e-mail marketing services, more than doubled its fourth quarter 2000 revenues from the previous quarter, completing a fiscal year in which revenues grew 323%. Year-to-year fourth quarter revenue growth hit 312%. E-Dialog also secured a second round of financing in the 4th Quarter, raising $10.5 million in additional equity financing. It will use the money to develop new service offerings and precision marketing technologies, as well as to expand efforts in marketing and sales. One Liberty Ventures led the round. Existing investors Commonwealth Capital Ventures and the Interpublic Group of Companies also participated. The company grew its employee base by 32% over the third quarter. It plans to continue its aggressive hiring throughout 2001.
