Electronic Payment Exchange names Maureen Loftus VP of business development and strategy

Electronic Payment Exchange, an e-payment processing company, appointed Maureen Loftus as vice president of business development and product strategy. Loftus will oversee EPX's Business Development, Strategic Alliance and Product Management divisions as well as lead the development of new distribution channels, partnerships and products. Before joining EPX, Loftus was vice president at FOLIOfn, Internet-based personal investment fund service. While at FOLIOfn, she helped develop and manage the company's growth from three to over 150 employees and assisted in raising over $60 million in venture capital. Before FOLIOfn, Loftus spent over two years with Cybercash Inc., provider of Internet payment authorization software.
