Sun Mountain Sports selects 3B2B Commerce for supply chain services

Sun Mountain Sports, a national golf and sporting goods supplier, has selected eB2B Commerce Inc., a provider of business-to-business transaction management services, to integrate and automate Sun MountainŐs demand chain by creating a connection to its retailers. Sun Mountain Sports hopes to reduce transaction processing costs, improve inventory turnover and improve customer service. Other eB2B clients include Spalding, Cross Creek, Adams Golf, Bike, Bridgestone Sports USA (Precept), CHAMP Golf and Cramer. eB2B Commerce has over 1,700 trading members connected on its system.

eB2B Commerce's marketplace solution will allow Sun Mountain Sports to use the flexibility of the Internet to reduce the costs of trading with its entire retail partner base. Sun Mountain will become EDI compliant, matching the needs of the larger retailers, as well as allow for the exchange of mission critical documents (purchase orders, ship notices, invoices, etc.) with mid-size and smaller retailers through web browsers
