PayPal Inc. will be adding 600 employees to its La Vista, NE, operations center next year, including merchant support specialists, risk-management experts, and sales agents, the company announced today.
“PayPal has experienced phenomenal growth since we opened our doors just a few years ago, and our team in La Vista continues to expand to support this growth,” said Ryan Downs, vice president of worldwide operations for PayPal.
PayPal currently has more than 1,000 employees in the La Vista facility, which opened in 2003 with about 500 employees. The facility houses PayPal’s customer service, risk operations, payment processing and sales.
