Internap Network Services Corp., a provider of Internet content delivery services, has appointed former Alcatel-Lucent communications technology executive Vincent Molinaro as chief operating officer.
Molinaro most recently served as president of the Europe and North Region for Alcatel-Lucent, a provider of Internet broadband and other communications technology products and services.
"Vincent's marketing, sales and technical expertise, combined with his strong leadership skills and significant industry knowledge, makes him uniquely qualified to serve as Internap's COO," says CEO James DeBlasio.
Internap in February acquired VitalStream Holdings Inc., a provider of streaming audio and video services used in online advertising.
