Q3 revenue rises 20% year-over-year at Manhattan Associates
Revenue at Manhattan Associates Inc., a provider of web-based supply chain systems for the retail industry, rose 20% to a record high $62.3 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, up from $51.9 million in the year-ago quarter, the company said today.
The Q3 results include revenue from Evant, a provider of demand-forecasting and replenishment technology, which Manhattan Associates acquired on August 31 for about $50 million, the company said.
Net income for the quarter was $4.8 million, up slightly from $4.7 million in the year-ago quarter.
Q3 revenue from software and hosting fees rose 22% to $12.5 million, while services revenue rose 19% to $43.6 million.
