Keynote names a new regional sales vice president
Keynote Systems Inc., online business performance and web monitoring company, has named Jeff Kraatz as the company’s vice president and managing director for the Asia Pacific region.
Kraatz was previously managing director of North Asia for Lucent and Octel Communications in the voice messaging industry.
At Keynote Kraatz assumes responsibility for sales, operations and professional services, including Keynote`s service level management and customer experience management programs and competitive intelligence studies, in the Asia Pacific region. Kraatz reports to Patrick Quirk, executive vice president of worldwide customer operations.
