Trax Retail Solutions Expands Power and Flexibility to Loss Prevention Suite
SCOTTSDALE, AZ – February 3, 2005. Trax Retail Solutions (Trax) today announced the release of its all-new ShrinkTrax software. New features include enhanced smart-agent technology for unique transaction level analytics, expanded built-in analytics, improved reporting and data mining query capabilities, integrated case management tools, and expanded wireless alert capabilities.

Teaches managers excellent cashier coaching skills, proper execution of policies and practices, how to read reports, or hundreds of other customizable messages from the CBT library.
• New Reports – New reports expand user flexibility and personalization and add intelligence for key-entered fraud detection. Expanded reporting by department identifies cashiers that are not scanning items and new pattern and trend recognition identifies high-shrink cashiers.
• Expanded Web Features — Added web functionality allows users to view reports on the web and quickly email comments or alerts to any distribution list.
• SOX Compliance — Measure implementation effectiveness and compliance to company standards or SOX.
• Expanded Cashier Narrative Reports – Management can now produce plain-English narrative reports for any or all cashiers. These reports are ideal support documentation for performance evaluations or occasional coaching of cashiers to ensure performance and customer service at the highest possible level.
