NewRoads appoints a new president
NewRoads Inc., a provider of outsourced fulfillment and customer service, has named Pete Sinisgalli as president and CEO. Most recently, he was president and COO of CheckFree Corp., a provider of electronic payment processing services to financial institutions and businesses. Before CheckFree, Sinisgalli held executive positions at the Dun & Bradstreet Corp., including executive vice president and CFO of Dun & Bradstreet Software.
NewRoads says Sinisgalli brings experience in developing outsourcing services and mission-critical IT platforms. NewRoads says Sinisgalli will provide leadership in strategic planning and corporate development and oversee the company`s continuing goals of achieving its operational, organizational and financial objectives. He replaces Fred Forsyth as president and CEO. NewRoads says Forsyth will remain involved with the company in an advisory role during the transition.
NewRoads` customers include Procter & Gamble, American Eagle Outfitters, Avon, Restoration Hardware and Godiva Chocolatier.
