Freeborders hires Jean Cholka as new president

Freeborders, provider of technology and outsourcing from China, has named Jean Cholka president and CEO. Cholka most recently was a member of the executive team at Kanbay International, a global I.T. services consultancy based in Chicago with delivery centers in India.

During Cholka’s seven years at Kanbay she was president-North America, executive vice president-global client relationships and chief people officer.
