RedPrairie Appoints Jeff Liesendahl Chief Financial Officer
Former Orbitz Corporate Controller Brings Nearly 20 Years of Public and Private Company
Financial Leadership Experience
Waukesha, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a global leader in supply chain technology solutions that enable business process transformation, announced today that it has appointed Jeff Liesendahl Chief Financial Officer. Liesendahl brings 17 years of financial, administrative and operations experience for both public and private companies. He will oversee all global accounting practices and procedures at RedPrairie. Liesendahl most recently served as Corporate Controller for Orbitz, the world’s third largest travel web site, where he was an original management member. In this role, Liesendahl was responsible for establishing and implementing all accounting functions.

Liesendahl’s accounting experience includes successful work in the areas of IPO, merger and acquisition, SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley for both mature and start up companies. Prior to Orbitz he was Chief Financial Officer at Globetrotter Vacations, Inc. He also held financial leadership positions at Hawk Medical Supply in Pittsburgh, PA; Brandess Kalt Aetna Group, Inc. in Vernon Hills, IL; and KPMG, LLP in Chicago, IL and Denver, CO.

Liesendahl is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
