Overstock.com to Offer Special $1 Shipping Fee During March

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb 28, 2005 -- Overstock.com(R) (Nasdaq: OSTK) (www.overstock.com), the popular online discount retailer, will be offering $1 shipping on all orders placed during the month of March. Overstock.com normally charges $2.95 per order for shipping.

The discounted shipping price will be honored on all products, including books, DVDs and CDs, and also on large items such as beds and big screen TVs. The offer will not include travel and auction items.

According to Overstock.com President Patrick Byrne, "The $1 special shipping fee is our way of showing our customers how much we appreciate their business."

Club O(TM) members will receive free shipping during March. Club O memberships cost $29.95 a year. Membership benefits include 5 percent savings on Overstock.com purchases, $1 shipping on all orders all the time, $10 credit for every Club O membership referral, and access to special Club O customer service agents.
