Office Depot and OfficeMax deliver highest consistency rate

Consumers with a low broadband connection could access a Top 50 retail web site an average of 98.67% of the time in July, says Gomez Inc.

Office Depot had the highest access success rate at 99.51% and was followed by OfficeMax (99.42%), Zappos (99.35%), FTD (99.35%), J.C. Penney (99.11%), Dell (98.90%), HP Home and Home Office (98.74%), Cabela’s (98.86%), Williams-Sonoma (98.85%) and Netflix (98.62%).

In July visitors with a high broadband connection could access a top retail site 99.2% of the time and 74.84 % of the time with a dial-up connection.
