
Apple continues as clear leader in visitors to computer manufacturers’ site
Apple continues to lead computer hardware manufacturers in terms of unique visitors to its web sites, Nielsen/NetRatings reports. Apple hosted 44 million unique visitors to its web sites in April, up 31% from 33.5 million a year ago. Hewlett Packard also experienced strong growth, up 34% to 17.3 million unique visitors from 12.9 million a year ago. Dell continued its slippage, with visitors down 8%.
