Spa and Beauty Product Company Adopts CommercialWare`s Retail Software Solution to Support Cross-Channel Operations for its Rapidly Expanding Spa and Retail Locations

Natick, Mass. - March 15, 2005 - CommercialWare, Inc., the leading provider of cross-channel commerce infrastructure software for multi-channel retailers, today announced that bliss (www.blissworld.com) has selected its CWStore( as the retail software to support its fast-growing spa and beauty product retail business.

The expanded agreement comes on the heels of December`s announcement that Bliss will deploy CommercialWare`s CWDirect(, a complete retail enterprise solution that enables Bliss to interact with, transact with and support their customers at all points-of-touch, including its catalog, call center, Internet, and retail storefronts.

"By rolling out CWStore in addition to our initial deployment of CWDirect, we further enhance our ability to provide first-class service to our customers across all of our channels -- retail, catalog, and Internet," said Tyler Morse, President of Bliss. The CWStore implementation will include integration with Book4Time, a web-based appointment scheduling and resource management application with functionality tailored to meet the unique needs of the spa market. Book4Time will be used by Bliss in their central reservation call center and at each spa location to manage all client appointments, check-in, check-out and service requests.
