Roxane Al-Fayez becomes president & CEO of IAC’s Cornerstone Brands


IAC/InterActiveCorp has named Roxane Al-Fayez president and CEO of Cornerstone Brands Inc., an operating company of IAC Retailing. Al-Fayez will report to Mindy Grossman, CEO of IAC Retailing.

She will be responsible for overseeing all Cornerstone businesses, including Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, Improvements, Smith + Noble, The Territory Ahead and TravelSmith.

Most recently, Al-Fayez was executive vice president of Victoria`s Secret Direct, a $1.3 billion division of Limited Brands Inc., and Bath & Body Works Direct, also a Limited company, where she was responsible for marketing, Internet and call centers, as well as the launch of BBW.com. Before that, Al-Fayez led catalog and e-commerce operations for J. Crew, an $800 million multi-channel retailer. She also has worked for Gap Inc. Direct.

Cornerstone Brands was founded in 1995. IAC bought it in 2005.
