Barnes & Noble and eToys have joined the Partner Stores program of Quixtar.com, an online retailer of health and beauty products. Quixtar hosts affiliate links to more than 100 retailers, including Office Max, BassPro Shops, and Circuit City. Quixtar is owned by the same company that owns Amway and Access Business Group, a provider of third-party fulfillment and other services.
Quixtar offers support to what it calls independent business owners who sell Quixtar products online. Quixtar says it has generated nearly $320 million in sales for affiliate sites since it developed its Partner Store program in 1999.
Quixtar business owners earn commissions from Partner Stores for sales through their Quixtar sites.
