J.C. Penney Corp. Inc. has joined the WeddingChannel.com, a wedding web site and an aggregator of bridal registries. Other retailers with registries at the site include Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Williams-Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, Tiffany and Neiman Marcus.
"Our partnership with WeddingChannel.com is a perfect fit with our three-channel delivery system of stores, Internet and catalog and further illustrates our ongoing commitment to our customers' needs,” said Vanessa Castagna, chairman and CEO of JCPenney stores, catalog, and Internet.
WeddingChannel.com has 1.5 million registrations. It hosts 2 million unique visitors who view 50 million pages each month.
