Cable & Wireless Teams with Keynote to Provide Web Performance Measurement, Management and Testing Services to Customers

San Mateo, Calif., April 21, 2003 – Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), the global leader in Web performance management services, today announced that Cable & Wireless (NYSE: CWP), the global telecommunications group, will resell Keynote’s performance measurement, management, diagnostic and testing services to its customers.
Under the agreement, Cable & Wireless will resell Keynote’s performance monitoring and testing services including:
• Web Site Perspective® that measures Web site performance from multiple points on the Internet, to diagnose performance problems and measure the speed and reliability of Web sites;
• Transaction Perspective® which delivers full network-level and user-level statistics and error messages for every element of every page in the transaction allowing transaction performance problems to be quickly and accurately identified, diagnosed and repaired, ensuring an optimal quality of experience for end-users and mitigating bottom-line business impact;
• Test Perspective ®, a self-service testing service which allows IT personnel to run instant integrity tests, load tests and diagnostic tests and receive immediate feedback on modifications made to the Web site or any other aspect of the network to ensure that overall performance has not degraded.
