-- Suite of Services Extends Electronic Relationships with 1,200 New and Existing Suppliers --

St. Paul, Minn., May 5, 2003 - SPS Commerce, the leading Supply Chain Integration Service provider, today announced an agreement with Costco, the membership warehouse club operating over 414 locations worldwide, to provide SPS` suite of integration services to Costco suppliers. Costco will utilize SPS` hosted Internet service to conduct electronic commerce with its nationwide network of suppliers.

"We welcome the opportunity to assist Costco in advancing their supply chain processes and bringing measurable relief to their internal accounting and order management operations."
