FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (May 7, 2003) ---- A merger between two online marketing giants has successfully completed, resulting in the introduction of a powerful, new company.
THEOPTINGROUP, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida permission-based, optin email services company, has merged with VIBEdirect Media.

THEOPTINGROUP was originally built as a direct wholesaler of opt-in email campaigns to brokers and agencies and owns the third largest permission-based optin email database in the nation.

David Moceri, the new CEO of the combined company known as VIBEdirect Media, has been the Vice President of Operations for two of the largest email companies in the nation.
