WebSideStory adds new chief of professional services
Analytics provider WebSideStory has hired Warren Raisch as senior vice president of professional services. The professional services organization assists clients in all aspects of analytics, including advanced implementations, best practices training and strategic marketing optimization consulting.
Raisch is the author of "The eMarketplace: Strategies for Success in B2B Commerce," published by McGraw-Hill. He most recently was vice president of Americas consulting at content management provider Interwoven, where he led a 236-person professional services organization.
Prior to that, Raisch was senior vice president at Digitas, global executive director of e-business at MarchFIRST and CEO of WorldCast Networks, an e-commerce software and services company.
