Chicago, May 23, 2003 – CrossMedia Services, Inc., the leader in the management, hosting and analysis of Web-based print promotions, announced today the acquisition of the online catalog division of privately-held P2i, Inc., a leader in online catalogs. The acquisition of the P2i Catalog Division positions CrossMedia Services to extend its leadership in online marketing by combining services for online circulars with online catalogs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
