NRF 93rd Annual Convention
NEW YORK--Jan. 12, 2004--NRF 93rd Annual Convention & Expo - CommerceQuest Inc. today announced the upcoming availability of Process Manager for Retail(SM) (PM4Retail(SM)), a solution that will assist retailers with real-time access, analysis and management of transactional data, allowing for more accurate promotion strategies, efficient inventory and cash management and loss prevention.
PM4Retail is designed to enable management of retail business processes and the real-time integration of store and head-office systems to improve business performance. It can also help retailers to initiate real-time loss prevention systems and manage the execution of store promotions to prevent significant lost sales, lost margin and fines paid. Retailers can react to external events and gain immediate visibility into sales and inventory level changes, receive notification of products that are not selling and coordinate labor for shipments or orders at the store level.

"CommerceQuest`s innovative BPM solutions, such as PM4Retail, enable retailers to improve their business process efficiencies by integrating human workflow tasks, head-office systems and databases and store controllers to access and manage all relevant resources such as people, stores, warehouses, inventory, pricing, promotions etc."
