Delivery and Service Scheduling Module Enables Retailers to Offer Differentiated Services that Improve Customer Satisfaction and Streamline Costs

The updated version introduces the company’s Delivery and Service Scheduling capabilities. The new module enables real-time promising of products and services delivery, giving retailers the ability to offer automated and expanded services that improve customer satisfaction and streamline costs.

Yantra 5x Version 5.5, featuring Delivery and Service Scheduling, allows retailers to offer differentiated delivery and service scheduling options across all channels. It takes several conditions into consideration when determining a delivery date, including delivery needs associated with the requested product(s), the availability of inventory, the availability of delivery providers and the capacity of an organization to perform the related services. As a result, customers are assured that their order will be delivered or serviced at the time that they specified. Additionally, because Yantra’s capabilities can be leveraged across any channel, retailers are able to offer assisted delivery and service scheduling in the store with the help of a store associate, or permit self-service scheduling via a website or kiosk.
