Retail Exchange gets a new president
Gordon Brothers Group LLC, the parent company of Retail Exchange, has named Lawrence Siff as president of GB Retail Exchange. GB Retail Exchange helps businesses buy and sell excess consumer goods, with both online and offline operations. Siff will be responsible for directing the company’s daily business operations, further developing its sales and marketing organization and overseeing ongoing website and technology development.
Siff replaces Kenneth Frieze, who left the company several months ago, according the Gordon Brothers. Gordon Brothers says it appointed Siff as part of its strategy to expand its leadership position in offering the broadest range of solutions to retailers and manufacturers of consumer products. Siff most recently served as co-founder and President of Baby Stripes Inc., an online baby and childrens’ product retailer.
