Amazon opens a tax center
Amazon.com has opened a tax center that offers a wide range of books and software on taxes as well as resources that explain the changes in the tax code under the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001.
Seven of the top 10 bestselling software titles at Amazon.com right now are tax-related, including TurboTax 2001 Deluxe at No. 1, TurboTax 2001 at No. 2, and TurboTax 2001 Multi State at No. 3. TurboTax is available for download exclusively at Amazon.com. Customers at Amazon’s Tax Center also can access tax tips and get answers to frequently asked questions from experts at H&R Block.
The Amazon.com Tax Center will be open through May 1.
