Olympics Tickets available Online
Tickets to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games can now be purchased on the Internet through the Official Olympic Games Web site at www.olympics.com. A prominent ticketing icon that clicks customers through to ticketing information is on the site's home page. It also includes a sports schedule where an adjacent "buy now" button indicates sessions of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games available for purchase. Customers can search the sports schedule to see what is available by sport, date or venue precinct.
While there is no limit to the total number of tickets people can order, there is a limit of six tickets per online transaction. Tickets must be paid for with a Visa card and can be collected beginning August 1 at box offices in New South Wales, Australia, selling Sydney 2000 Olympic Games tickets. Customers will need to allow three business days from the time they complete their orders before collecting their tickets at a box office.
The games are scheduled to run from September 13 to October 1, 2000.
