A new Web-based direct marketing tool that allows brands to communicate with their customers locally more efficiently and cost-effectively
LANGHORNE, PA -- February 17, 2004 -- Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS), announced today the launch of AllinkŪ On Demand -- a new Web-based, data-driven marketing services solution that enables the design and execution of localized and customized mail and e-mail campaigns, around-the-clock from an online platform. Through a Web-accessible portal, local branches, dealerships, retail storefronts, and franchises, in numerous industries, are enabled to select from a variety of brand-approved creative templates, and customize them with pre-approved logos and messages. Using database marketing, audiences are targeted based on the client`s goals. And all of this is achieved at a fraction of what custom-designed campaigns would cost.

With Allink on Demand, once a dealer has designed a mail piece, he or she can review and edit it online
-- before it goes to print. Similar flexibility allows text and HTML e-mail messages to be designed, formatted and previewed. Further, previous campaign efforts are stored in an online database for response reporting, event analysis and messaging reuse.
