Personal Email Domain Support
Vendio Customer Manager now includes domain support, so sellers can use their own unique email address in conjunction with Vendio’s powerful email automation and customer relationship management for small businesses. With the addition of domain support, the Customer Manager now easily integrates with all other touch points of a merchant’s brand including auctions, stores and email sales -- adding a more consistent customer experience, regardless of the sales channel.
Fully Customizable Templates
Vendio Sales Manager now offers completely customizable templates, so online merchants can create uniquely branded and professional-quality listings that stand out from competitors. The new set of templates allows merchants to customize their listings like never before -- adding graphics and logos; selecting background graphics and colors, textures; and picking the size, style and color of fonts. Using the templates, merchants can also add sections for payment, shipping return policies, even add links that would otherwise require advanced html programming skills.
Watermarking for Image Protection
Vendio also will offer image watermarking for better brand identification and image protection. With Vendio watermarking, sellers can easily add custom logos or other brand identifiers to an image.
Two New Time Saving Features - Shipping Integration and Spell Checker
Vendio also announced two new features that improve the efficiency of sellers’ businesses – Shipping Integration and Spellchecker. Both features are free to Vendio customers. The shipping data export function allows sellers to easily integrate with popular shipping providers like UPS, USPS and Indicia. The Spellchecker function is available when creating new inventory items, new listings, or customizing email messages, and includes a Personal Dictionary that allows merchants to add words or terms that are unique to their own business.
