Netflix leads in online ad impressions for week ending Aug. 10

Online video rental company Netflix Inc. garnered the most online ad impressions among companies providing retail goods and services for the week ended Aug. 10, according to Nielsen/NetRatings AdRelevance report, racking up 523.35 million impressions. Next was Amazon at 361.45 million.

The 10 leaders in online ad impressions were Netlix and Amazon, then:
Classmates Online, 320.58 million
Target Corp., 160.11 million
Columbia House, 149.96 million
Barnes & Noble, 130.17 million
Best Buy, 118.35 million
Udate.com, 104.38 million
eBay sellers, 96.44
eBay Inc., 92.03 million

By unique visitors, the five highest-trafficked computer and consumer electronics sites for the week ending Aug. 10 were:
eBay Electronics, 2.3 million
BestBuy.com, 1.3 million
Sony Electronics, 1.2 million
CircuitCity.com, 616,000
Other Sony sites, 374,000.
All computer and consumer electronics sites hosted 7.58 million unique visitors that week.
