NEW YORK--March 16, 2004--24/7 Real Media Inc. (Nasdaq: TFSM), a pioneer in interactive marketing and technology, today introduced Insight ACT(TM), the Company`s newest analytics technology that enables behavioral targeting through audience clustering. The Company also introduced Open AdStream(R) 5.7, the latest version of the award-winning ad management solution. These two products provide the Company`s publishing customers with the first fully functional and totally integrated analytics, behavioral targeting and ad serving solution available in the industry.

Insight ACT links Open AdStream`s ad serving capability with Insight XE(TM), the Company`s proprietary content and commerce analytics system. Insight ACT offers behavioral segmentation and targeting in a three-step process of analysis, clustering and targeting of user segments. Insight ACT also provides inventory forecasting and control as well as performance reporting by behavioral segment.

-- Internationalization. Users may now choose between a Spanish, German, French or English user interface. Additional languages will be added in Q3;
-- Search Term Module 2.0. It provides additional inventory and reporting on the Web site in which visitor entered search terms as well as providing faster setup and management of search term and keyword targeted ad campaigns;
-- Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Support. Performance metrics and monitoring from Open AdStream 5.7 may now be integrated with other enterprise systems; and
-- Enhanced Oracle(TM) Support. It improves Oracle database performance by up to four times.
