DENNIS BISSIG APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF MOKRYNSKI & ASSOCIATES INC.

Hackensack, NJ. March 19, 2004 – Donald Mokrynski, Founder, CEO and President of Mokrynski & Associates Inc. has announced the appointment of Dennis Bissig as President. Bissig will be responsible for the management of the company. Mokrynski remains as Chairman.

Don Mokrynski states, “Since hiring Dennis in 1991, he has been a tremendous asset to our company and our clients. Dennis’ experience with Mokrynski & Associates, combined with his earlier career as a catalog and retail marketer, position him well to guide our company and provide our clients with valuable services in today’s multi-channel business environment.”

Bissig came to Mokrynski & Associates after 10 years as Manager of Direct Marketing for Chadwick’s of Boston, a leading ladies apparel catalog. He developed numerous analysis tools for the business, and was responsible for creating several new catalogs for the company. Prior to Chadwick’s of Boston, Bissig spent a number of years in the retail sector, at Hit or Miss and Sears & Roebuck, where he controlled merchandise distribution for the retail stores.

During his 13 years at Mokrynski & Associates, Bissig advised the company’s clients on business analysis and strategic planning. He played a key role in the start-up of several major catalogs. He also created and directed the company’s Marketing Services Group.

Bissig is a leader in direct marketing who speaks at industry events, contributes articles to industry publications, and is a trusted advisor to numerous direct marketing companies.
