SmartBargains appoints a chief merchandising officer
SmartBargains Inc. has appointed Barton Litvin as chief merchandising officer.
Before joining SmartBargains Litvin served as senior vice president and general merchandise manager of home for Boscov`s Department Store LLC. Prior to Boscov`s, Litvin worked for Filenes in Boston.
"As SmartBargains continues on its growth course, we are excited to add such a seasoned executive to our management team," says SmartBargains CEO Ben Fischman. "Bart`s strong merchandising and leadership capabilities will be a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen and broaden our product offerings."
