SmartBargains Inc. has appointed Barton Litvin as chief merchandising officer.
Before joining SmartBargains Litvin served as senior vice president and general merchandise manager of home for Boscov's Department Store LLC. Prior to Boscov's, Litvin worked for Filenes in Boston.
"As SmartBargains continues on its growth course, we are excited to add such a seasoned executive to our management team," says SmartBargains CEO Ben Fischman.
