Ritz Interactive acquires PhotoAlley.com
Ritz Interactive Inc., which operates the web sites RitzCamera.com and WolfCamera.com, has acquired PhotoAlley.com. Ritz will maintain the PhotoAlley.com URL.

PhotoAlley.com such a popular destination, while considerably increasing the
product selection and e-commerce functionality," said Fred H. Lerner,
president and CEO of Ritz Interactive, Inc.
Last October, Irvine, CA-based Ritz acquired WolfCamera.com.
In addition to RitzCamera.com and WolfCamera.com, Ritz Interactive operates the e-commerce site BoatersWorld.com and owns and operates content-oriented
community sites Photography.com, FishingOnly.com and BoatingOnly.com.
