NSB`s Store and CRM solutions are the perfect fit for Casual Male

Montreal, Canada, April 1, 2004 - NSB is pleased to announce that Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMS "CMRG") has signed a license agreement for NSB`s Connected Retailer® Store and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. The contract value is in excess of US$6 million and includes software, services, hardware, and a five-year term for maintenance.
In keeping with their commitment to provide the ultimate shopping experience for their guests, Casual Male needed to replace its dated point of sale and outsourced CRM with a fully integrated system that was truly customer-focused. Not only will the new solutions enable CMRG to implement its marketing programs at the store level, it will also give them more control over their own data. In the near future, Casual Male plans to implement a comprehensive loyalty program, and develop their POS into a selling tool equipped with one-to-one marketing functionality.
