GO Software Launches New Brand, Aligns Corporate Image with Growth Plans
- Company to introduce new look at next week`s Electronic Transaction Association show -
SAVANNAH, Ga., April 15, 2004 - GO Software, a subsidiary of Return On Investment Corporation (OTCBB: ROIE) and a leading provider of point-of-sale (POS) payment processing software, launched its new corporate logo and branding campaign. The new image reflects GO Software`s growth and aims to appeal to a broader customer market, as the company surpasses 125,000 product installations and moves forward with development plans to complete its product portfolio.
"We`re the same company, but our growth and future plans are outpacing the old GO image," said Tony Abruzzio, executive vice president, GO Software. "Taking our business to the next level and serving a wider range of merchants meant taking a look in the mirror and aligning our image with our goal of meeting the payment processing needs of any size merchant."
GO Software will unveil its new look next week at the Electronic Transaction Association`s Annual Conference in Las Vegas. The logo includes a new color scheme and encompasses a bouncing ball element to reflect the point-to-point flow of payment transactions. The logo is accompanied by the company`s new tagline, "Payment Processing, Start To Finish".
GO Authorizer 4.0, a Windows-based payment processing software solution for retail mail order/telephone order (MOTO) restaurant and e-commerce merchants, is the first of the GO products to undergo the CISP evaluation. The re-designed Authorizer 4.0 product includes additional certification to Heartland`s Exchange Platform, and GO Software will begin shipping the new version at the end of April.
In addition to record sales for the quarter, GO Software`s recent acquisition of Atomic Software`s intellectual property and assets also contributed to the company`s growth and plans for future development. Recently acquired products, as well as GO Software`s PCCharge, RiTA Server and GO JavaCard applications will be affected by the ongoing branding campaign.
GO Software hired Atlanta-based Nolen and Associates in February to lead the corporate branding redesign.
