MAP Design Studio™ Allows Marketers to Easily Build and Manage Personalized, Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
AUSTIN, TX - January 29, 2002 - eCustomers, Inc., a premier provider of Enterprise Customer Response solutions, today announced the availability of MAP Design Studio v1.0 - a revolutionary, patent-pending marketing campaign tool that enables marketers to define customer segmentation, content selection, and other personalization rules for customers across the web, e-mail, and call center channels. The application allows business professionals to specify and deploy consistent product and service offerings across multiple customer touch-points with minimal technical assistance to increase customer conversion, retention and average order values.
MAP Design Studio provides an intuitive interface that allows marketers to build campaign rules quickly and efficiently. These rules can include segment criteria, content size restrictions, eligible product selections, and campaign authorizations. As rules are defined using the application`s intuitive user interface, MAP Design Studio automatically generates the underlying "if-then-else" programming code that can be deployed to various run-time personalization platforms. This provides valuable time-savings for technical staff, eliminating the need to write several hundred lines of code. Once the campaign structure has been defined, marketing teams can make ongoing content selection decisions using a product released earlier this year - MAP Merchandising Studio™.
