E.piphany Names Karen Richardson Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations
SAN MATEO, Calif., Feb. 5 --

management (CRM), today announced that it has promoted Karen Richardson to the
position of EVP, Worldwide Operations. In addition to running worldwide
sales, Ms. Richardson will manage the company`s service and training
operations. Bill Walsh, chief operating officer, will be leaving the company
to pursue new leadership opportunities in Silicon Valley.
