Seamlessly integrated with Galaxy Revenue Management and Admission Control from Gateway Ticketing Systems, eGalaxy connects the web site with Galaxy Order Entry to provide automatic delivery of Internet orders right to the customer’s in-house ticketing and POS system. No redundant data entry is needed as the system downloads the website’s orders and places them in the Galaxy database to be fulfilled along with orders received locally at the POS stations or ticket windows.
eGalaxy includes complete shopping cart management for the customer’s web site with an easy-to-use interface that allows visitors to place items into their cart while tracking what they’ve already selected via a constantly visible running total itemization.
