UNREAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS ACQUIRES FORT LAUDERDALE-BASED TAILORED TRAFFIC
BALA CYNWYD, PENNSYLVANIA (February 14, 2002) -- UNreal Marketing Solutions today announced the acquisition of Tailored Traffic, Inc., a Search Engine Optimization firm out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
As part of UNreal Marketing Solutions’ continuing effort to increase its roster of nationwide customers, the company acquired Tailored Traffic`s assets and impressive array of customers including Ameriquest mortgage, Priceline.com, Customatix Shoes, and the Howard Stern Ad Network.

strong competitor, but also paves the way for acquiring clients in Florida`s
substantial Spanish-speaking markets," said Michael Stalbaum, Chief Executive

Tailored Traffic founder Eric Blumberg joins UNreal Marketing Solutions as
Vice President and Director of Sales. Blumberg will direct the Ft. Lauderdale
operation, and is eager to oversee UNreal`s new business development in the
southeast.

Blumberg launched Tailored Traffic in 2000 to focus on assisting his clients’ in developing options beyond Search Engine Optimization. Before starting Tailored Traffic, Blumberg worked as Director of Marketing for another Search Engine Optimization agency where he oversaw more than 200 client relationships.
The Tailored Traffic acquisition marks UNreal`s second regional expansion in
the U.S. The company, which was founded in suburban Philadelphia in 1998,
opened its West Coast office in Los Angeles, CA in July of 2000.

As a graduate from Temple University’s School of Law and School of Business, Stalbaum received his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration.
While in graduate school, Michael co-founded UNreal Marketing and Promotions to create and implement marketing plans for local Philadelphia businesses, restaurants, and charitable organizations. Upon graduation, Stalbaum continued to dedicate nights toward his management role at UNreal Marketing, while serving as a full-time associate attorney with a prominent law firm in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
