Viewpoint Signs Licensing Agreement to Provide Rich Media Content on Compaq Web sites
New York, NY-February 20, 2002-Viewpoint Corporation (Nasdaq: VWPT), a world leader in innovative graphics software, today announced a technology licensing agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation. This agreement grants Compaq a license to use the Viewpoint Media Player throughout its network of corporate Web sites including the following capabilities: photo-realistic 3D, 2D ZoomView, Macromedia Flash¢â-compatible vector graphics animation, object movies, panoramas and digital audio and video.
