Delia’s get a new head of customer service


Delia’s Corp., a multi-channel retailer to teenage girls and young women, has named Ronald Williamson senior vice president of customer service and contact center operations. Williamson was most recently vice president of sales and service for Victoria`s Secret Direct, where he was responsible for sales and customer service processes for the company`s 1,400-seat, three-location contact center. He also oversaw all e-commerce and web site customer service operations.

"We believe Ron will be an instrumental contributor to our efforts to maximize efficiency and profitability in our Direct business,” said Evan Guillemin, chief operating officer. “His expertise in customer service operations will be particularly valuable as we look to give Delia’s customers a `brand-right` experience in every channel."
