Lillian Vernon names EVP-COO-CFO
Online and catalog retailer Lillian Vernon Corp. has hired Richard P. Randall as executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Randall most recently was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Coach Inc. He served as CFO at Lillian Vernon in 1999
Randall replaces Wayne Palladino, senior vice president and chief financial officer who will be leaving the company May 31 to join the New York City money management firm Pzena Investment Management, LLC.
Randall has also held senior management positions with Salant Corp., Warner Cosmetics Inc. and Revlon Inc.
