CommercialWare to Provide Order Management, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Analytics and Integration Applications

United Retail Group has selected CommercialWare`s analytics.dot.commerce to turn its multi-channel transactions into business intelligence. Additionally, it has selected integration.dot.commerce to closely integrate CommercialWare`s suite to other core applications in the enterprise.
The United Retail Group is a well-established specialty retailer of large-size women`s fashion apparel, footwear and accessories featuring AVENUE and CLOUDWALKERS brand merchandise. As a true multi-channel retailer, the United Retail Group operates 555 AVENUE stores, the AVENUE catalog, AVENUE.com and CLOUDWALKERS.com Web sites. The direct to consumer channels of Web and catalog are operated by the company`s Shop at Home division. United Retail Group will be using retail.dot.commerce for order management, customer service, fulfillment and inventory for Shop at Home.

The United Retail Group will also utilize analytics.dot.commerce, a solution that extracts data from retail.dot.commerce with minimal technical investment and allows end users to analyze data and identify trends. analytics.dot.commerce will allow the United Retail Group to gain visibility into critical information enabling the company to make better strategic business decisions.
