Online Payment Practices Are Changing This Year
New payer authentication initiatives from the card associations as well as
growing criminal sophistication could mean some changes are in store for
online merchants this year.
“While the new payer authentication programs may eventually limit merchant
liability for credit card fraud,” said Tracy Wilk, vice president of payment
