ADP incorporates LifeFX technology into new DynamicSuite(sm) Web-site Solution.
Newton, Mass., March 19, 2002 -- LifeFX, Inc. (OTCBB: LEFX), the
leading developer of life-like virtual people for the Internet has
announced an agreement with The Dealer Services Group of ADP, Inc.
Under the agreement, ADP`s DynamicSuite will be the newest channel for
selling and distributing LifeFX Stand-In virtual site guides for
web-sites.
DynamicSuite, developed by Traver Technologies, a division of ADP`s
ProfitPoint(sm) Group is the first automotive web-site solution that
bundles LifeFX`s leading-edge technology into their offering.
Answering automotive dealerships` need for control of web content,
DynamicSuite enables a dealer`s non-technical staff to update content,
products and prices in a cost-effective manner.
In addition, DynamicSuite will now display LifeFX Stand-In virtual
people as site guides to create a realistic online dealership image and
contribute to an even more satisfying buying experience. "The
consumers` automotive shopping experience begins online. These virtual
site guides offer an alternative to dealers who are concerned about how
consumers are being guided through their web-site," states John Traver,
President of ADP`s Traver Technologies.
"Our aim is to offer options to the consumer through the dealers`
web-site. Our dealers have shown an interest in these life-like site
guides that are quickly customized to look and sound like employees of
the dealership," continued Traver. "If our dealers choose to use this
tool, they are able to offer consumers a life-like representation of
their personnel on their website complete with welcome messages, sales
pitches, and instructional information."
In this extremely competitive market, dealers understand the need to
stay ahead by offering customers new and exciting ways to shop for
their on-line automotive needs. LifeFX Stand-In images provide a
real-life connection from the web site to the physical automotive
dealership storefront.
