Foodvision.com launches e-commerce site

Foodvision.com launched a new web site at www.vir2oso.com combining foodvision's recipes, expert advice and holiday menus with top name products for the kitchen and home. The site contains cookware, cutlery and small appliances as well as the hard to find specialty merchandise. In November 2000 foodvision.com celebrated the completion of its first year as the food portal.

"The introduction of Vir2oso.com is a signal that the company has entered a new growth period," states Paul R. Smith, CEO of Foodvision.com Inc. "The changes and new name create a face lift that appeals to our target market of affluent females between 25 and 54 years old."

With the continued dedication to maintaining a bricks-and-clicks business model, foodvision has set its sights on the first Vir2oso Retail Store in Alpharetta, Ga. The store will feature known upscale kitchenware brands, plus well-made aesthetically pleasing tableware and select home furnishings.
