Research firm Harris Interactive has named John Fricker, a veteran loyalty programs, to the position of vice president and senior consultant of its Loyalty Research Practice.
Fricker will serve clients in the retail, consumer packaged goods, restaurant, travel and tourism industries.
Prior to joining Harris, Fricker was vice president for a Taylor Nelson Sofres Business Solutions Group, where he focused on growing Taylor’s loyalty consulting services. Before Taylor, Fricker directed the Commitments and Satisfaction Consulting Services group and managed customer loyalty programs at Xerox and AT&T.
