Yantra Software to Link National Distribution Network for Leading Outsourced Fulfillment Provider

TEWKSBURY, Mass.- April 8, 2002 - Yantra Corporation (www.yantra.com), the leading provider of enterprise software for distributed commerce management, today announced that Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ: INOC) (www.innotrac.com) has selected Yantra`s distributed order and inventory management solution to help optimize its fulfillment offerings.

Innotrac provides fulfillment services for a wide variety of products ranging from DSL and telecom equipment to shoes and candy. Its clients include BellSouth, AT&T, Comcast, Nordstrom, Martha Stewart and Coca-Cola, amongst others.

As a result of recent acquisitions made by Innotrac to extend its national presence, the Company is running multiple order and warehouse management systems at its five regional fulfillment centers. Using Yantra, Innotrac gains a flexible platform for coordinating and managing order and inventory activities across all of its clients at all of its locations, thereby allowing the Company to consolidate and eliminate several existing legacy systems. Additionally, the software is easily configured to accommodate different clients and products, enabling Innotrac to compete for new business more effectively and bring new clients to market more quickly.

Innotrac is one of several recent wins for Yantra in the third-party logistics/fulfillment (3PL/3PF) space. Others include Allogis, a subsidiary of DHL; APL Direct Logistics; DLH in Denmark; Fritz, now part of UPS; Reality UK, a division of Great Universal Stores; ScanSource; and Scio, part of TDG in Europe. Yantra`s application enables 3PLs and 3PFs to coordinate, execute and monitor orders and inventory for multiple clients and products across disparate locations and trading partners. The platform includes advanced capabilities such as distributed order, inventory, delivery and warehouse management; inter-enterprise collaboration; real-time supply chain event management; and fully integrated analytics. The applications give outsourced logistics and fulfillment providers the unparalleled ability to manage clients` extended supply chains, rapidly bring on new clients, easily test new business models, and expand its outsourced logistics service offerings.

"When it came down to it, Yantra`s distributed commerce management software was simply the best solution for our business," said Chris Shaw, Vice President, Information Technology for Innotrac. "The capabilities we gain with Yantra enable us to offer new 3PF services, bring clients` products to market faster and make them far more efficient at the same time."

"Until now, outsourced logistics providers have been forced to build one-off technology solutions for individual clients," said Devdutt Yellurkar, President and CEO of Yantra. "With our distributed order and inventory management application, Innotrac now has the ability to serve the unique needs of each client from a single platform. It can provide a lot of capabilities its competitors can`t. That`s going to be a real differentiator for Innotrac and its customers."
